Meatball Soup

Ingredients

1 lb. frozen cooked meatballs (26)

4 cups beef broth

1 can Rotel tomatoes

14 oz diced tomatoes undrained

8 ounces bag baby carrots

10 ounces bag frozen baby lima beans

6 ozcan tomato paste

3 cloves lg garlic minced

2 teaspoons dried basil

15 ounces bag frozen corn kernels

2 medium onions chopped

10 ounces frozen peas

Directions

Put all ingredients in a 5-6 quart crockpot, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir occasionally if desired.

Notes

Notes: Optional addition: 1 lb baby potatoes, washed and quartered.
